Brand origin

Card Table started with one question: what would it look like if somebody actually made cards for the way spades is played? Two decks per game, because tournament rules. Stock heavy enough to survive a slam. Backs that do not show wear after fifty hands. A pack you would be proud to leave on the table when guests come over.

Founder story

We grew up at the card table. Friday-night spades after dinner, the kitchen lights on, somebody's auntie yelling about a renege, the same two decks pulled out of the same drawer for fifteen years. The first deck was a sample. The second was a gift to family. The third was a small run we sold out of a box. This is the next one. We do not sell singles and we do not sell novelty decks. We sell packs, built for the table, built to last the night, built by people who learned the game the same way you did.

Why Card Table

Card Table belongs to the culture it comes from. It is for the host who keeps the rotation going on holidays, the college kid who learned at home and brought it to the dorm, the veteran who learned on deployment, the couple who plays partners every Friday, and the gift-giver who knows exactly what their people want. The table is set.
