Shipping
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Wherever the table is, we will get your decks to it.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate based on where your order is going, and it is shown at checkout once you enter your address. Orders inside the United States ship at our standard flat rate. Orders outside the United States ship at a higher flat rate, which helps cover the added cost of international carriers. You will always see the exact amount before you pay.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your decks, and we also have to protect the integrity of every pack we sell. Because playing cards are sealed goods, our return policy comes down to one simple line: unopened packs can come back, opened packs cannot.
What can be returned
A pack can be returned only if it is still sealed in its original wrapping and has not been opened. This covers the honest mix-ups, like ordering the wrong pack or ordering one too many. If you look at your order and realize you bought more than you meant to, you can send the unopened packs back for a refund.
What cannot be returned
Once a pack is opened, it cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to every size: single deck, 2-deck, 4-deck, 6-deck, and the 12-deck Table Set. Opening the wrapping means the pack is yours to keep.
The 14-day window
Returns must be started within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days we can no longer accept a return, even on a sealed pack.
Return shipping and refunds
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive your sealed, unopened pack and confirm its condition, we issue a refund to your original payment method for the price of the returned packs.
