These terms govern your use of the Card Table Co. website and your purchase of our playing cards and related products. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we charge your payment method and confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount charged.

Pricing, taxes & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The total at checkout includes the price of the decks, applicable shipping, and any sales tax. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we never store your full card details. Promotional or discount codes are subject to their own limits and may be withdrawn at any time.

Shipping & returns

We ship to the address you provide; please make sure it is correct. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Returns and refunds are handled under our shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Products & use

Our decks are sold for personal recreational use. Card colors and finishes may vary slightly between print runs and from how they appear on your screen. Limited editions are sold while supplies last.

Intellectual property

The Card Table Co. name, logo, card designs, artwork, and site content are owned by us and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site — including attempting to break its security, disrupt it, scrape it, or use it to defraud others. We may suspend access for conduct that does.

Liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
